wLure Affordable Crankbait First Look

It took the wLure brand lipless crankbait about three weeks to arrive from China and now it’s here. The shape and size of this genetic brand crankbait look ok at first glance. There is plenty of little rattling balls inside which make a lot of noise when you shake the lure. I counted eight balls all together. The fishing hooks look solid and they hang down nicely towards the bottom of the crankbait body. The colors are a little washed out, this is due to the translucent body. But overall this inexpensive crankbait seems to be a good deal considering it cost less than two dollars. If it catches some fish come spring then it will be worth it. Spring time 2013 Update
After having a chance to take this wLure translucent Crankbait out for a test I cannot recommend it to anyone. The transparent body of this crankbait is very cheap and it breaks easily. On my first cast the lure hit a rock without too much force breaking one of the hook connections and the front of the crankbait. So in the end it's more cost effective to keep the dollar fifty you'll spend on this lure and buy something much more durable.
